These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roast My Room mobile application (“App”) published by Ali3N Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Entertainment Only
Roast My Room provides AI-generated humorous commentary about photos of rooms and spaces for entertainment purposes only. Results are not professional interior design assessments, home inspections, or advice of any kind. All “roasts” and scores are generated by artificial intelligence and should be taken as comedy, not critique.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. The App contains mature humor and, in Savage Mode (Pro), explicit language. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Photo Usage
Photos you submit are transmitted to our server proxy for AI processing. Photos are processed transiently and are not stored permanently on our servers. Photos are never shared with third parties beyond the AI processing service used to generate your roast. You retain all rights to your photos.
4. AI-Generated Content
All roasts, scores, and commentary are AI-generated. Results may vary between submissions of the same photo. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or consistency of any AI-generated content.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Roast My Room Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription at $2.99 per month.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
6. Free Tier Limitations
Free users are limited to 1 roast per day. Savage Mode is available only to Pro subscribers. Ads are displayed to free users via Google AdMob.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to submit photos that contain illegal content, images of minors, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
8. Sharing & Social Features
The App allows you to share roast results, share cards, and roast videos (“Reels”) via your device’s share sheet. Content you share outside the App is your responsibility. Shared content includes a watermark identifying it as generated by Roast My Room.
9. Room Battles
Room Battles allow you to compare two rooms using AI scoring. Battle results are for entertainment only and do not constitute objective assessments of room quality or value.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, branding, and AI-generated content formats are the property of Ali3N Studios LLC. You may share individual roast results but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the App itself.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali3N Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
13. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our general Ali3N Studios Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
