Ali3N Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes mobile applications and websites under the Ali3N Studios LLC name, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Our apps include, but are not limited to:

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies to all current and future apps published by Ali3N Studios LLC unless a specific app provides its own separate policy.

Offline-Only Apps

Some of our apps operate entirely offline and do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All data in these apps remains on your device and is never sent to us or any third party. These apps are identified on their respective store listings.

1. Account & Authentication Data

Certain apps (such as OneGo) allow or require you to create an account. When you sign in, we may collect:

Purpose: Account authentication, leaderboards, points and badge tracking, and personalizing your in-app experience.

2. Precise Location Data

OneGo collects precise location data (latitude and longitude) to display nearby restroom locations. This data is:

Collected only with your explicit permission via the operating system’s location prompt
Used solely to provide location-based features within the app
Never sold to third parties
Not used for cross-app tracking or advertising profiling

You may revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. Doing so may limit certain app features.

3. User-Generated Content

Apps like OneGo allow you to submit content, including:

Restroom listings and edits
Feature details and descriptions
Associated metadata (e.g., timestamps, location coordinates)
Photos, if the feature is available

Content you submit may be publicly visible to other users within the app. You retain rights to your content. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. Gamification Data

For apps with gamification features (such as OneGo), we collect and store:

Points earned
Badges awarded
Leaderboard ranking
Participation metrics

This data is used solely for in-app functionality and is tied to your account.

5. Device & Usage Information

Depending on the app and its features, we may collect:

Basic device information (device model, OS version)
App usage data and diagnostics (crash logs, performance metrics)
Network-related information such as IP address or network type, when required by app functionality
Photos or images you choose to process within our AI-powered tools (processed server-side and not stored permanently)

Our apps are not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

You may uninstall any app at any time to stop further data collection. Some apps provide in-app settings to control data usage. On Android, you may reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings. On iOS, you may manage tracking permissions through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and device settings.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. We serve users globally.
