Cycle — Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete From Within the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:

1. Open Cycle on your device
2. On the Home screen, tap the gear (Settings) icon, top right
3. Under the Account section, tap “Delete”
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field
5. Confirm to delete everything

This immediately and permanently deletes:

• Your daily mood logs (mood ratings, sleep, energy, irritability, anxiety, notes)
• All episode logs (type, severity, dates, triggers, notes)
• Your medications and daily adherence check-ins
• All journal entries
• MDQ and HCL-32 screener responses, scores, and AI interpretations
• Any Trusted Person share links you created
• Cycle Pro entitlement linked to this account
• Your Firebase authentication account

This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Note: If you used Cycle in guest mode, your data was stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it; you don’t need to take any further action here.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or can’t delete your account from within it, request deletion by email. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

• All personal data is removed from our Firebase servers immediately (in-app) or within 30 days (email request)
• If you purchased Cycle Pro, the purchase record remains with Google, Apple, Amazon, or Samsung under their refund policies, but the entitlement is removed from our systems
• You can reinstall the app and create a new account at any time
