Felt — Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete From Within the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:

  1. Open Felt on your device
  2. Tap the More tab (bottom right)
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Under the Account section, tap “Delete”
  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field
  6. Tap “Delete everything”

This immediately and permanently deletes:

  • Your RSD screener responses, score, and AI interpretation
  • All RSD episode logs (triggers, intensity, symptoms, duration, notes)
  • All journal entries
  • Saved coping strategies and any custom communication scripts
  • Felt Pro entitlement linked to this Firebase account
  • Your Firebase authentication account

This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Note: If you used Felt in guest mode, your data was stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it; you don’t need to take any further action here.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can request deletion by email. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

  • All personal data is removed from our Firebase servers immediately (in-app) or within 30 days (email request)
  • Anonymous analytics data (no personal identifiers) may be retained for app improvement
  • If you purchased Felt Pro, the purchase record remains with Google or Apple under their refund policies, but the entitlement is removed from our systems
  • You can reinstall the app and create a new account at any time
