Option 1: Delete From Within the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:
- Open Unmasked on your device
- Tap the Settings tab (bottom right)
- Under the Account section, tap “Delete Account & Data”
- Read the list of data that will be deleted
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field
- Tap “Delete Everything”
This immediately and permanently deletes:
- All assessment results and scores (AQ-10, RAADS-R, CAT-Q, ASRS)
- Journal entries
- Masking and energy tracking data
- Sensory profile
- Custom social scripts
- Clinician reports and accommodation letters
- Body doubling session history
- Score trend history
- Pro purchase entitlement
- Your Firebase authentication account
This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to delete your account from within the app, you can request deletion by email. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion
- All personal data is removed from our Firebase servers immediately (in-app) or within 30 days (email request)
- Anonymous analytics data (no personal identifiers) may be retained for app improvement
- If you purchased Unmasked Pro, the purchase record remains with Google/Apple for their refund policies, but the entitlement is removed from our systems
- You can reinstall the app and create a new account at any time
